How much does it cost?

$28 per player (including tax)

You can select "Payment on Arrival" during the check-out process

How can we book a reservation?

The most convenient way to check the availability of rooms is through our online booking system (BOOK NOW at top of page). We highly recommend you book your reservation this way. However, you can also phone our main number or email to inquire about bookings

What happens if I run out of time?

The time allowed in each escape scenario is 60 minutes. Many of our teams do escape within the allowed time, however if you have not completed the game before time expires, our Game Master will enter the room to give a short debriefing and escort you out of the room.

Are there any age requirements?

While there are no age restrictions, we do feel that children under the age of 12 may find it too difficult and therefore not enjoy the activity. Please review OUR POLICIES for more details.

What if I make a reservation, but need to cancel or make a change?

We do understand that changes need to be made and we try our best to be as accommodating as possible. Full refunds will be given to any bookings if more than 48 hours notice is given. Notice within 48 hours will not be refunded, but we do allow for rescheduling. No-Shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. For more information please review OUR POLICIES

How can we expect when we visit Beyond Belief?

We pride ourselves on stellar customer service and by providing the ultimate experience. Our rooms and puzzles are designed with the goal for our guests to feel a sense of challenge, accomplishment and overall enjoyment. Our Game Masters are carefully trained to encourage a pleasing experience as we want our guest to have fun and not feel frustrated. It is important for our guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their entire visit. We offer a spacious and inviting reception area for our guests to enjoy before and after their booking.

Do you offer corporate or team building events?

Absolutely! Please contact us for corporate inquiries and special requests and we will do our best to accommodate the date, time and number of participants you require. Visit our TEAM BUILDING page for more information.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a live interactive game for people to enjoy a great experience together. You will be placed in a themed room and given a back story with an objective to complete. You have 60 minutes to solve puzzles, clues, find hidden objects and open locks in order to finish in time.

Do I need to book in advance?

We highly recommend that you book in advance. Spaces are limited and we do book staff according to our pre-bookings. There is no guarantee that if you walk-in that we will be able to accommodate your group.

What are your hours?

We are currently taking pre-bookings during these hours:

Monday to Friday - 5pm to 11pm

Saturday and Sundays - 1pm to 11pm

**Please note we will consider bookings for groups outside of these hours, contact us for a Private Booking

When should we arrive?

Your group should plan to arrive 10 to 15 mins prior to your start time to begin your game on time. Please review our Late Policy HERE for more information.

Do you have lockers to store our belongings?

Yes, we do provide complimentary lockers for all of your personal belongings. They will be securely locked away during your game. However, we can not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Are we really locked in the room?

No, you can leave the room at anytime by just exiting the same door that you entered.

Will we be scared?

There are no "jump scares" or anything in our rooms designed to shock you (we have no live actors). The Serial Killer room is decorated with a bit of gore to set the mood, but we do not intend to shock or scare our participants.

What sets Beyond Belief apart from other Escape Rooms?

Besides our premier customer service, one item we are very proud of is the technology we utilize. Each room is equipped with surveillance cameras and microphones so are Game Masters can guide our guests through the games without disruption. We have a state-of-the-art clue system, which if you require help a hint will be electronically submitted to you via video monitor in the room. We aim to offer our guests a fully authentic experience and have implemented this technology as to not interrupt your game play.
